Pizza vending machines

Food & Beverage Published on 15 May 2007 in Food & Beverage

One of the world’s favorite fast-food options just got even more convenient with Wonderpizza—the world's first vending machine to serve up piping hot pizzas in less than two minutes. The Wonderpizza machine stands at about six feet high, six feet wide and three feet deep, and holds up to 102 pre-sliced 9-inch pizzas in separate and sealed trays. The pizzas are frozen using a special process. Once they’ve been thawed and placed in the machine, they have a shelf-life of 12 days. Standard varieties are Cheese, Vegetables and Ham, but other varieties can be produced on request (minimum order is 39,000 pizzas). Using a high-intensity toaster oven cooking process, Wonderpizzas are heated upon order and delivered fast and hot at a suggested retail price of USD 5–6.

Based on more than five years and six million dollars worth of research and development, Wonderpizza originated in Italy and is now beginning worldwide distribution, seeking regional and local distributors, dealers and agents. Wonderpizza joins MooBella in offering consumers innovative alternatives to traditional vending machine fare. Entrepreneurs who are quick to jump in on the game and target the right locations can feast on a yummy slice of profit.

Comments on this idea:

To whom it may concern,

We are Ironweld srl, the Wonderpizza sole manufacturer. We would ask you to give up two information because of aren’t correct:

1) The 39.000 pieces depend on the country. (for example in USA we cannot export pizza with meat)
2) the links to the website Wonderpizzausa.com is no longer valid as they are no longer our Distributor. We manage the worldwide business of Wonderpizza and the sole official website is www.wonderpizza.org

Thanks a lot in andvance

Best regards

Craving for chocolate? Use your phone
The next time you’re lusting for dark, rich chocolate, you could use your phone to get it. E Cube India in association with BPL Mobile and Cadbury India has introduced a unique concept first time ever in India.
Under this, it has set up unique SMS enabled vending machines in India, which run on ‘m-cash’, basically a cashless payment using just the mobile phone. This is the country’s first mobile payment solutions. All that you have to do is, you need to send a message to 2233, which will be displayed on the LCD panel of the vending machine. The machine will then display your mobile number and ask you to choose your chocolate. When the chocolate has been dispensed, you receive an SMS confirming the transaction. The cost will be debited from the available balance of a pre-paid card, or added to the monthly bill of a post-paid customer. Right now, 30 to 35 of these SMS enabled vending machines have been set up around Mumbai.
E Cube India is planning to set up more machines with different service providers for varied services across the country. Want to know more then visit us at http://www.e3india.com or mail us at marketing@e3india.com .

Mr. Paroldo

I believe you are incorrect. WonderPizzaUSA still has the rights to the USA. Please refrain from disinformation.
