Sipahh, a new twist on the traditional straw, is filled with naturally flavoured beads that dissolve and impart flavour to cold white milk as it is sipped through the Sipahh.
As the tagline says, “Insert into cold milk, Sip, and say Ahh!” Sipahh straws come in six fun flavours (Strawberry, Chocolate, Caramel, Banana, Toffee Apple, Cookies and Cream and Choc Mint), contain no artificial preservatives or colouring and less than half a teaspoon of sugar. Each straw flavours 250-300 ml of cold milk.
Sipahh is a clever way to encourage children to drink milk. It's healthier and cheaper than flavoured milks, revives the appeal of straws and gives children a fun new way to experience milk. Sold in a large number of supermarkets and convenience stores in Australia and New Zealand, the milk flavouring straws were also recently launched in McDonald's restaurants in South Africa.
The straws were created by Australian Unistraw, which is also developing energy straws for athletes, vitamin-enhanced straws, and medicinal and pharmaceutical straws that will improve medication delivery to patients who have difficulty swallowing pills. Sipahh is the company's first foray onto the commercial market, and has won a number of awards.

This is brilliant! My daughter is 6 and still refuses to drink white milk. My healthy alternative to date has been "Ovaltine" since she was weened at 11 months. I welcome another healthy low sugar alternative. It would also seem this would travel well so a great lunch box addition. When and where will it be available in Canada?
I purchased 3 boxes of these and for the next three days had headaches, I didn't realize untill today when I read the label that they contained sucralose(aka splenda) I am sensitive to this food additive and would suggest anyone who has the same reaction to sucralose products to avoid them. A good concept, but would have liked better labeling regarding the use of sucralose.

La verdad es que el invento de esas pajitas fue lo mejor que podrian haber hecho. Tengo 14 y hace ya como 3 años que no tomaba NADA de leche, me sonaban los huesos con facilidad y siempre me dolian, solo porque la asquerosa leche blanca no la tomaba. Tampoco me gustaba tomar de sabores ya que contienen mucha azucar, y la verdad que a esta edad el físico de cierta forma importa mucho. Cuando probé este tipo de pajitas, sin dejar de leer la etiqueta nutricional, me impacte mucho, ya que era la unica forma en que me gustaba tomar leche. La verdad es que es por puro reproche que no tomaba antes, pero que se alla inventado esto y además sea con sucralosa en verdad me soluciono el dolor de huesos.
