Amazing! Four wines for everyone, for every dish, for every occasion! Wine for the stupid, I'd say. I'd be willing to bet a case of Mouton that Ralph does not have a single one of these wines on the list at Le Cirque. "World class"? Yeah... if you think that MacDonald's make a "world class" burger. Still, I'm sure that it will make money. No one has ever gone broke underestimating the stupidity of the American public, have they?
