Being trained on more than one million mobile phone customer reports, the FeltSo artificial intelligence (AI) engine filters out fake reviews and provides consumers with a visual summary of each product’s ratings. Based in India, FeltSo uses machine learning to accurately incorporate misspelled and exaggerated words like superrrrr and grt.
A fake review detector is a key component of the AI, removing them from the graphical analysis. The first set of product reviews is available, listing the top ten mobile phones based on a number of features, including battery life, performance and value for money. Each set of reviews will incorporate a set of relevant metrics, as well as using overall rankings for online sentiment and trending statistics.
Machine learning is helping simplify complicated tasks in a number of ways, from organizing online bookmarks to simplifying travel bookings. Where else could AI do the heavy lifting for consumers feeling swamped by the volume of available information?
