New artificial intelligence engine FeltSo is saving India’s consumers hundreds of hours of weeding through fake customer reviews to find the best products.
Being trained on more than one million mobile phone customer reports, the FeltSo artificial intelligence (AI) engine filters out fake reviews and provides consumers with a visual summary of each product’s ratings. Based in India, FeltSo uses machine learning to accurately incorporate misspelled and exaggerated words like superrrrr and grt.
A fake review detector is a key component of the AI, removing them from the graphical analysis. The first set of product reviews is available, listing the top ten mobile phones based on a number of features, including battery life, performance and value for money. Each set of reviews will incorporate a set of relevant metrics, as well as using overall rankings for online sentiment and trending statistics.
