To help potentially panicky parents, first aid charity St John Ambulance created a baby one piece printed with CPR instructions. The organization’s previous research had found that parents’ number one fear was a baby not breathing.
The one piece lists all the steps to take until an ambulance arrives, including calling the ambulance as step one. The clothing was available for free from selected Tescos and was then on offer through a prize draw.
Smart healthcare is helping make emergency baby care easier, with connected thermometers and remote vital sign monitoring. Where else could in-situ emergency instructions come in particularly handy?
