The winter months often lead to flat batteries, particularly in cities where cold weather and snow are regular occurrences. According to Montreal-based developers Boostmi, around 100,000 Canadians have found themselves stuck and in need of a boost, often waiting for hours and paying more than CAD 100 for the service. Boostmi are looking to find a modern, social solution to the issue of boosting vehicles for stranded drivers.
