Castle is a startup that brings together all the traditional elements of property management — listing, marketing, rent collection, maintenance — into one simple platform. Once a property is uploaded to Castle, it is immediately marketed on 40 property sites.
Prospective tenants can instantly book viewings, and these are handled by Castle’s Stewards — freelance, on-demand staff who show properties or organize maintenance — and the whole process is managed through a modern interface for property owners.
The company also charges owners a flat fee of USD 79 per unit per month, rather than a percentage of the rent like many property management companies.
