If an iPhone case can enable vets to monitor pets’ heart rates, it stands to reason there are probably a lot of other tools and utilities that could be packed into a similar product. Enter the ReadyCase, a feature-packed cover for Apple’s popular device that is still less than 3mm thick. Now nearing the end of a highly successful Indiegogo campaign, the ReadyCase is made of aerospace-grade composite materials for durability. Besides simply protecting the phone, however, it also packs a raft of useful features. Included in the ReadyCase, specifically, are a headphone clip; an integrated multitool device with two blades, a screwdriver, and a bottle-opener; an integrated lens ring, with three iPhone-compatible camera lenses; and an integrated 8GB or 16GB USB drive that doubles as a kickstand.
